Taï Phong est un groupe français de rock progressif formé en 1972 par deux frères vietnamiens, Khanh Maï et Taï Sinh, et dont la composition a plusieurs fois changé (Jean-Jacques Goldman, Michael Jones, Stéphan Caussarieu et Michaël Zurita en ont notamment fait partie). Le nom du groupe vient du vietnamien (tài phong = génie du vent ; đại phong = typhon = grand vent).

Le groupe a principalement été actif de 1975 à 1979, où ils ont produit trois albums studio, et s'est reformé en 2000 autour d'un nouvel album.
