Lenny White
Leonard White III, plus connu sous le nom de Lenny White, est un batteur américain de jazz, né le 19 décembre 1949 dans le quartier de Jamaica à New York.
White a joué avec de nombreux musiciens, et a plusieurs albums solo à son actif. Il est surtout connu pour sa participation à l'enregistrement de l'album Bitches Brew de Miles Davis et pour avoir fait partie de Return to Forever, groupe fondé par Chick Corea, au milieu des années 1970.

He died at the Hospital Clínico (Madrid) due to smoke inhalation after a fire broke out in his apartment in the Lavapiés neighborhood (Madrid, Spain) on October 1, 2018.
Jerry worked with : Dizzy Gillespie, Jaco Pastorius, McCoy Tyner, Kenny Dorham, Eddie Palmieri (in the group "El Son"), "Manny Oquendo's Conjunto Libre", in his own groups called "Jerry Gonzalez & the Fort Apache".
