Biographie
Graeme Allwright, né le 7 novembre 1926 à Wellington (Nouvelle-Zélande) et mort le 16 février 2020 à Couilly-Pont-aux-Dames, était un chanteur auteur-compositeur-interprète français d'origine néo-zélandaise. Il a en particulier adapté et introduit en français les œuvres du protest song américain (Woody Guthrie et Pete Seeger notamment), ainsi que de nombreuses chansons de Leonard Cohen.
Graeme Allwright est le père des acteurs Christophe Allwright, Jacques Allwright et Nicolas Allwright (de son union avec Catherine Dasté) et de Jeanne Allwright (de son union avec Claire Bataille, qui fut longtemps son agente artistique).
