Luc Plamondon né le 2 mars 1942 à Saint-Raymond (Québec) est un producteur et parolier canadien. Il est surtout connu pour son travail dans les comédies musicales Starmania (en collaboration avec Michel Berger) et Notre-Dame-de-Paris (en collaboration avec Richard Cocciante).
Il est le frère du député fédéral Louis Plamondon.
