Sous Le Manteau

French electronic group of music producers (the three initial members of the "French Touch" house/downtempo group Grand Tourism : Chris Canavaggio aka Saltchenko (real name: Christophe Sébastien Canavaggio), Bob Farrel aka Hector Trash, aka Robert Farel (real name: Robert Patrick Fromzel) & Sean Henry aka Shoony Scuderio (real name: Sean Georges Henry), with the addition of vocalist "Zambla" aka ex-radio host/photographer/videographer/painter Christophe Galud.

The project started as a joke, when photographer Christophe Galud, a friend of the group who used to visit their studio, came late one night, grabed a microphone & began improvising (under the influence) some humoristic lines over one of their demos. It clicked right away and the project "Sous Le Manteau Featuring Zambla" was born. Once the voice was fully recorded, the collective began to put Christophe's lyrics in sync and produced a track, a single version of almost eight minutes of “Derrière les rochers” (Ibiza)/"Behind The Rocks". Summer 1999 arrived, and the single ended up licensed to Gambler Records, a division of Sony Music.
