Biography
The project was launched in early 2004 on the initiative of certain members of the band Candy Cold. Following the band’s premature break-up and building on the experience they had gained (studio album, gigs, TV appearances), Fabrice Franchitti, Cédric Hulsmans, Christophe Thienpont and Stéphane Vankeerberghen decided to start from scratch: songwriting, production, management, line-up…
After several auditions, the line-up was complete with the arrival of Johnathan Manzitto on vocals, and the band immediately struck out as a very close-knit unit, and above all on the same wavelength when it came to their vision for the band’s future. They would be known as Nomad Experiment.
Nomad Experiment recorded their first three-track demo in February 2005 in their own rehearsal room with the help of Johan Milet, a friend and sound engineer.
Immediately afterwards, the band began performing live with the firm intention of introducing audiences to their world.
Three months later, the band went into the studio, again with Johan Milet as sound engineer and now also as co-producer of the EP, which was released in early 2007.
