Queen de A à Z

Back cover

Thirty years after the death of their lead singer, Freddie Mercury, Queen – a cult band for over 50 years – are still going strong, led by Brian May and Roger Taylor.
Queen have had a profound impact not only on rock music but also on society as a whole, through their political and social activism (such as their tour of South Africa to protest against apartheid, or Live Aid in 1985).
This book brings together nearly 600 key terms for fans and newcomers alike of one of Britain’s greatest bands. Enriched with testimonies and anecdotes gathered from the band members and their close friends and family, and supplemented by previously unpublished interviews and photographs, Queen from A to Z is the perfect journey through the world of the band, which has sold over 200 million albums worldwide.
